TBufStream.BufferSize

Amount of data in the buffer.

BufferSize is the actual amount of data in the buffer. This is always less than or equal to the Capacity.

TBufStream.Create		Create a new `TBufStream` instance.

TBufStream.Capacity		Current buffer capacity.
