Lock locks the list. It is the implementation of the IInterfaceList.Lock method. It limits access to the list to the current thread.

IInterfaceList.Lock		Lock the list.
TInterfaceList.UnLock		UnLocks a locked list.
TThreadList.LockList		Locks the list for exclusive access.
