AlignTypeData will align the pointer p on a correct boundary for type data for the current platform and returns the resulting address.

align		Return aligned version of an address.
AlignTParamFlags		Align `TParamFlags` info.
AlignPTypeInfo		Align `TTypeInfo` info.
